Wendy Ma is an education management executive who worked in several senior roles at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Wendy last held the position of Assistant Dean and Director of Professional Graduate Programs at the Sauder School of Business before leaving her full-time career at UBC to start her family. Since then, Wendy continues to teach and consult with higher education institutions and not-for-profit organizations. She holds a BSc from UBC and an MBA from Queen’s University.
Wendy’s past community involvement includes organizations such as Vancouver Board of Trade, Minerva Foundation for BC Women, Pacific Canada Heritage Centre – Museum of Migration, and Laurier Institution. Wendy currently serves as the board chair at South Vancouver Family Place Society. In addition to her extensive experience in international education, Wendy has traveled to more than 25 different countries to enjoy their local cuisines.
