Chanting in Sanskrit is an ancient yogic method of regulating our breathing pattern. It is considered to be healthy and calming. Included is reading the famous Bhagvadgita which was originally written in Sanskrit prose dated approximately 400 BC. Its translation in English is philosophical and fascinating as it holds value in contemporary time.
