David Manicom, Assistant Deputy Minister for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) visited MOSAIC headquarters on March 15.
The Assistant Deputy Minister was accompanied by a team of local IRCC staff and met with Executive Director Eyob Naizghi, Family & Settlement Services Director Sherman Chan, Employment & Language Services Director Michael Radano, and senior management staff.
The IRCC team was provided with a brief presentation on the comprehensive programs and services of the organization. Mr. Manicom shared Minister Ahmed Hussen’s priorities for the IRCC, and his vision going forward, as well as some of the highlights of the 2018 budget.
Eyob Naizghi expressed pleasure at the honour of the visit, saying “We are grateful to Assistant Deputy Minister David Manicom for taking the time to meet with MOSAIC staff and learning more about our client-centered programs as well as discussing future opportunities as partners.”
