MOSAIC’s Violence Prevention Program Receives $50,000 Grant

Through funding from the Criminal Asset Management Fund, MOSAIC has been awarded $50,000 for A Coordinated Response to Supporting Immigrant/Refugee Women Victims of Crime and Trauma. The funds will be used to develop and deliver regional trainings to increase the capacity of victim services and violence against women service providers to support immigrant/refugee women. The trainings will focus on providing service providers with information on the unique challenges and barriers faced by immigrant/refugee women; and implementing a specialized coordinated response which includes establishing results-oriented collaborative referral protocols to increase the safety of immigrant/refugee women victims of crime and trauma.
