During COVID-19, we are providing services by phone, email and online (9am-5pm, weekdays). For general inquiries, please email settlement@mosaicbc.org.

New to Canada?

If you are new to Canada, you probably have many questions and concerns. It can take many years to adapt to your new community; to understand and feel comfortable with English and/or French, to meet new friends, to understand Canadian culture and laws, and to find work. Moving to a new country can be very disruptive, but we are here to help.

Our programs are designed to support Permanent Residents of Canada and Convention Refugees. We also have settlement teams equipped to offer limited support to refugee claimants, naturalized citizens, and temporary foreign workers. Our services are free and available in many languages, including: Amharic, Arabic, English, Kurdish, Korean, Cantonese, Dari, Farsi, French, Pashto, Tigringa, and Spanish.
