Multicultural Seniors Day 2020

October 1st is National Seniors Day. This year the MOSAIC Seniors Club virtually hosted the Multicultural Seniors Day event to celebrate the contribution of immigrant seniors in Canada.

You can re-watch our virtual event below.

The event included music, performance, storytelling, art, photographs and interactive sessions in chair yoga, qi gong, and balance exercise and diet.
